Arsenal have keen interest in Spanish winger

Arsenal have a keen interest in signing Athletic Bilbao winger Nico Williams at the end of the season, according to Mirror.

The Gunners are likely to spend big during the summer transfer window and a new winger is expected to be one of their main targets.

The club have been linked with Wolves star Pedro Neto for some period of time, but there are reservations due to his injury record.

They are looking at alternative targets too and Mirror claim that the club's scouts are closely monitoring the progress of Williams.

The 21-year-old has been one of the best wide players in La Liga and he has registered five goals and 10 assists in the current season.

All of his goal contributions have come from the left wing, but last season, he replicated the same from the right side of the attack.

Hence, Williams would be a good understudy for Bukayo Saka. He could be signed for his current release clause of €50 million.
