Serie A giants preparing new bid for Man Utd attacker
Serie A giants Napoli are preparing a renewed approach to sign Manchester United winger Alejandro Garnacho this winter.
The Argentina international has been a key player for the Red Devils, but he is contemplating his future amid interest from Napoli.
Garnacho is no longer a guaranteed starter for United under manager Ruben Amorim. He has played second fiddle to Amad Diallo.
This has reportedly unsettled him and Napoli are aiming to capitalise on the same by landing his signature before the transfer deadline.
Their opening bid worth £42 million was turned down by United earlier this week, but they are expected to make a second offer soon.
Personal terms won't be an issue for the transfer. Napoli boss Antonio Conte has personally spoken with Garnacho to persuade him.
United may want to finalise his exit as soon as possible such that they can pursue a suitable replacement in the transfer market.
They wanted to sign Brighton's Julio Enciso recently, but he decided to snub them to join Ipswich Town on a short-term loan.
