Mikel Arteta confirms Arsenal injury boost for Nottingham Forest game
Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has confirmed an injury boost ahead of the Premier League encounter against Nottingham Forest on the road tomorrow.
The Gunners were dreadful against the Hammers last weekend and they could have lost the game by more than one goal after their red card.
Arteta will want a better showing at City Ground. Ahead of the encounter, he has confirmed that Ethan Nwaneri is fit for the trip.
Nwaneri was spotted walking gingerly off the field after being taken off in the derby, but Arteta has clarified that the wonderkid was only cramping.
The 17-year-old has been spotted in full training with his teammates today and he could make the starting line-up against Forest on Wednesday.
Arteta could go with an unchanged starting XI for the game. The likes of Declan Rice, Martin Odegaard and Leandro Trossard must step up.
Arsenal are already 11 points behind league leaders Liverpool, who have played one game more. They must beat Forest to stay in the title hunt.
