Arsenal enter talks to sign 21-goal striker - Sky Sport

Arsenal have entered talks with RB Leipzig to secure the signing of Benjamin Sesko, according to Sky Sport Germany.

The Gunners are keen on bolstering their strike force ahead of next season and Sesko has emerged as a top target for them.

Viktor Gyokeres has also been linked with the club, but reports claim that the hierarchy are pushing to land Sesko instead.

The 21-year-old has netted 21 goals for the campaign at Leipzig. He has caught the eye with his fantastic shooting skills.

Sesko has the ability to score sensational long-range goals and has also impressed with his aerial presence in the box.

He would be an outstanding purchase for the Gunners. Leipzig are likely to hold out for his €80m release clause for a transfer.

Arsenal should have no problem paying the fee. Sesko could likewise be tempted to join. He should be assured regular minutes.

Sesko was reluctant to sign for the club last summer due to Kai Havertz's emergence. He was fearful over limited playing time.
