Chelsea line-up vs Forest today

Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca has named his starting line-up for the final Premier League game of the season against Nottingham Forest.

The Blues are presently fifth in the table and may need to beat Forest on the road to guarantee Champions League football for next season.

Ahead of the game, Maresca has made one change from the 1-0 win over Manchester United at Stamford Bridge earlier this month.

Robert Sanchez starts in goal for the west London giants.

Reece James will captain the side from right-back with Marc Cucurella on the opposite end. Tosin and Levi Colwill will make up the central defence.

Moises Caicedo and Enzo Fernandez continue as the central midfield partnership while Cole Palmer will operate from the number 10 role.

In the final third, Tyrique George makes way for Jadon Sancho, who was ineligible to face his parent club United in the last league fixture.

Sancho will start on the left wing with Noni Madueke on the right. Pedro Neto will lead the attack with Nicolas Jackson suspended and Christopher Nkunku ruled out due to injury.

Confirmed Chelsea line-up (4-2-3-1) vs Nottingham Forest: Sanchez; James, Tosin, Colwill, Cucurella; Caicedo, Enzo; Madueke, Palmer, Sancho; Neto.
