Man Utd propose swap deal to sign Victor Osimhen
Manchester United have reportedly proposed a swap deal to sign Napoli striker Victor Osimhen this summer.
The Red Devils are determined to bolster their centre-forward department and have their sights on a marquee signing.
Viktor Gyokeres was a top target earlier this month, but the Swede wants to play in the Champions League next term.
Hence, he is more likely to join Arsenal or Chelsea than United, who have not qualified for any European competition.
Foot Mercato now claim that United are exploring a move for Osimhen from Napoli and plan to propose a swap deal.
They are prepared to include Rasmus Hojlund as a makeweight and would be willing to pay around €40m on top of this.
Osimhen has a long-time dream of playing in the Premier League and could be tempted to make the switch this summer.
He is expected to demand a significant salary of around £300,000 per week which should not deter the Red Devils.
