Arsenal closing in on deal for Eberechi Eze?

Arsenal are close to securing an agreement to sign Crystal Palace playmaker Eberechi Eze, according to Football Transfers.
The Gunners have been on the trail of the Englishman for the past few weeks and they have now agreed to pay £55 million for his services.
Out of that, Arsenal will reportedly offer £30m as an initial payment.
A transfer still depends on whether Palace can find a suitable replacement for the England international before the deadline.
Hence, Arsenal have to play the waiting game. Palace could grant Eze his dream transfer once they find a solid successor.
Aside from Eze, the Gunners are also keen on landing Real Madrid winger Rodrygo, but they may only afford a loan deal.
They are currently monitoring the position of the Brazil international and could make an offer if Madrid open the door for his exit.
There could be a possibility before the transfer window closes. Liverpool are also keeping tabs on the former Santos graduate.
