Man Utd make Gianluigi Donnarumma transfer decision
Manchester United are not looking into a deal for Paris Saint-Germain goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma this summer, according to journalist Ben Jacobs.
Donnarumma has been deemed surplus to requirements by the European champions and he is expected to leave before the transfer window closes on September 1.
The Premier League could be his next destination, but reports claim that the Red Devils won't be competing for his signature this summer, just like Chelsea.
While Chelsea are happy with their goalkeeping options, the Red Devils don't have the budget at the moment and are focused on landing a defensive midfielder.
As a result, Manchester City could have a free run at signing the former AC Milan man. Ederson has been heavily linked with a move to the Turkish Super Lig.
Should he head for the exit door, Donnarumma could move to the Mancunian giants. Personal terms have already been agreed with his entourage.
PSG want around 50 million euros for the shot-stopper, but may have to accept less with his contract expiring at the end of next season.
