Tottenham to make official Eberechi Eze bid

Tottenham Hotspur are ready to make a formal offer for Arsenal target Eberechi Eze soon, according to journalist Paul O Keefe.

The England international has been a key player for the south London outfit, but he could be on his way out before the transfer window closes.

Arsenal are known to be long-term admirers of the 27-year-old, but Spurs are looking to capitalise on their indecision with an early approach.

The Gunners are keen on adding one more attacker to their ranks and they are waiting on Rodrygo's decision before weighing up a move for Eze.

Spurs are aiming to capitalise on this and they are expected to make an official bid for the versatile forward within the next 24 hours.

Eze has opened the door for a transfer to Spurs, but he will give priority to the Gunners, should they make an approach of their own.

As things stand, Spurs are the only club in direct contact with the Eagles. Eze could cost a package in the region of £68 million.
