Arsenal unveil Eze

Arsenal won 5-0 at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday evening, with goals from Viktor Gyokeres (2), Jurrien Timber (2) and Bukayo Saka, but the talk of the town was Eberechi Eze, who was presented to the club's fans prior to the game. Arsenal signed the England international in a deal worth £60 million from Crystal Palace on an exciting day for the Gunners.

Despite injuries to Martin Odegaard and Bukayo Saka, Arsenal still romped to a big win and showed to the Premier League that they mean business this 2025/26 season.

The announcement of Eberechi Eze was a rare sight, in the Arsenal do not usually present their players to the stadium, but such was this coup - signing Eze from underneath the noses of bitter rivals Tottenham - that the Gunners felt it necessary.

Eze will likely have a part to play next week after injuries within the team, as the Gunners take on Liverpool in a massive game. The winger will wear the famous number 10 shirt at Arsenal, and returns to the club that he departed as youth player.
