Man Utd handed major injury boost ahead of Liverpool clash

Manchester United have been handed a major injury boost ahead of the Premier League clash against Liverpool on the road later this month.
The Red Devils returned to winning ways last weekend with a 2-0 victory over newly-promoted Sunderland at Old Trafford. Mason Mount and Benjamin Sesko were the goalscorers for the Mancunian giants.
They will be eyeing back-to-back victories in the league when they visit Liverpool after the international break. Ahead of the derby, they have received a big boost with Lisandro Martinez set to return to full training.
The Argentine has been working on the grass after a long-term knee injury and he is expected to report for complete sessions with the team soon.
He is unlikely to start against the Merseyside giants on the road, but could make the bench if he is deemed fit enough by the club's medical staff.
Martinez has had an injury-plagued career with the Red Devils, but he is undoubtedly their best centre-back when fully fit and firing.
