Tottenham eye Corluka

Tottenham are preparing a move for Man City defender Vedran Corluka, according to reports. It is understood that the Croatian international has been recommended to Juande Ramos by new signing Luka Modric.

Corluka only joined Manchester City last summer and now Tottenham are set to make a bid for the player as they prepare for a bid for Champions League qualification this year.

The Croatian is very much still in Mark Hughes' plans at Manchester City, but a move to London could appeal to the defender.
