Antonito to West Ham?

30 year old striker Antonito is one the hitlist of Gianfranco Zola and Nani, according to reports in the press yesterday evening. West Ham are keen to add the Xerez forward to their squad in the January transfer window.

"It's always pleasing when a top Premier League club come in for you," he said.

"I know that West Ham is one of the most historic teams in English football and I've spoken to Kepa Blanco about the club. Obviously I know Zola from his time as a player, but I've yet to really see him as coach.

"Diego Tristan is already there and I've had some top-level experience with Sevilla so I know that I'm more than capable.

"But neither club has told me anything so far so I'll just keep focusing on Xerez."
