Tottenham to sign Ebanks-Blake?
There have been reports early on Thursday morning that Wolverhampton Wanderers striker Sylvain Ebanks-Blake could finally make his money-spinning move to the Premiership, as Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp is to make enquiries to Wolves questioning Ebanks-Blake's availability.
Wolves boss Mick McCarthy is desperate to hang on to the young striker - who spent his formative years at Manchester United - and would be reluctant to let the striker make an exit so early on in his career.
Ebanks-Blake has shown that he is capable of scoring plenty of goals in the Championship, and is desperate to try his hand at Premiership football.
Spurs boss Redknapp is willing to take a gamble on the youngster, and perhaps not as soon as January, but in the summer, make an offer of around £8 million.
