Chris Smalling on loan to Fulham?
New Fulham coach Martin Jol is believed to be considering a move for a former Cottagers star, Chris Smalling, this summer. The Man Utd defender is available on loan.
Jol is already looking to rebuild his squad and Chris Smalling is at the top of his list.
Smalling left Fulham in 2009 for Old Trafford in a reported £9 million transfer deal. Reports indicate that it will cost £1 million to bring the player back in on a season long loan.
The centre back is likely to find first-team opportunities limited this year with the likely arrival of Phil Jones to Man Utd from Blackburn.
