Tottenham weigh up Danny Welbeck transfer
Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy wants to bring Manchester United striker Danny Welbeck to White Hart Lane in the summer months ahead.
The talented England star has found himself a bit part player under David Moyes, as the coach continues to prefer Wayne Rooney and Robin van Persie as his strike duo.
Welbeck has been in and out of the first team under former manager Alex Ferguson but has yet to have made the break under Moyes. Tottenham are readying an £5m million initial bid for Welbeck but are ready to spend as much as £100m on new players.
