Oliver Giroud linked with Arsenal exit
Arsenal striker Oliver Giroud is apparently attracting interest from Bundesliga side Wolfsburg. The France international has had a tough period in the Premier League, and this has equally contributed to the Gunners' failure to attain the championship.
Giroud, 29, has played a major role in the club's frontline with manager Arsene Wenger reluctant to recruit a world-class striker to his squad.
German sources reveal that the Wolves will look to take advantage of Giroud's barren spell in England, and lure him to the Bundesliga in the summer.
Dieter Hecking's team are on the search for a new centre-forward after they decided to mutually part ways with former Gunners graduate Nicklas Bendtner.
Giroud has gone 891 minutes without a goal in the English top flight.
