Out-of-favour Man Utd striker close to Inter switch

07 March 2014 - 23:27

Inter Milan have been linked with a summer move for yet another player from Manchester United, according to Sport Mediaset.

  • Chelsea to move for former Arsenal goalkeeper?
  • Former Chelsea boss to replace Erik ten Hag at Man Utd?

  • The Nerazurri, who recently completed the signing of the Red Devils captain Nemanja Vidic on a free transfer, are expected to add Mexican star Javier Hernandez to their ranks in the next few days.

Hernandez has failed to cement his place in the starting line-up this season under manager David Moyes, having seen the likes of Danny Welbeck, Wayne Rooney, Robin Van Persie all preferred ahead of him in the pecking order.

The report claims that the 25-year-old has grown increasingly frustrated with his life at the Manchester outfit and may leave Old Trafford to join team-mate Vidic at the San Siro in the summer transfer window.

Inter are also considering moves for Patrice Evra and Shinji Kagawa.
