The Reds boss has recently revealed that the club are yet to spend the transfer fee (£75m) accumulated from Luis Suarez's sale to Barcelona this month.

According to The Mirror, the Merseysiders still have a sizeable transfer kitty as their disposal, and Rodgers is keen on sealing a deal for Arturo Vidal and Paul Pogba from Italian champions Juventus this summer.

In addition to this, the Reds have also been linked with the services of Ben Davies, Dejan Lovren and Loic Remy in recent weeks.
