Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger will reportedly renew his interest in Celtic defender Virgil van Dijk during the winter transfer window.
The Gunners were heavily associated with a move for the talented centre-back in the summer, but failed to agree a fee with the Scottish champions.
According to The Mail, the North London club are still keen on securing the services of the Dutch defender, and will make an official offer when the transfer window reopens in January.
The Gunners are short in the central defensive department, with Laurent Koscielny, Per Mertesacker and summer signing Calum Chambers considered the only first-choice options at the club.
