Manchester United have reportedly joined Manchester City in the chase to sign highly-rated Belgian midfielder Youri Tielemans.
The 18-year-old is known as one of the best youth talents in world football, and has already racked over 75 appearances for Anderlecht.
According to The Star, Manchester City would have to fight off interest from local rivals United, who are known to have scouted the youngster several times over the past year.
The paper adds that City may have an upperhand due to the presence of Belgian contigents Vincent Kompany and Kevin de Bruyne, who could lure the player to the Etihad.
