  • The Blues are eight points ahead of second-placed Tottenham Hotspur, and they could extend this lead further, should Spurs fall short against Everton on Sunday.

    Formation: 3-4-3

    Lineup:

Belgian shot-stopper Thibaut Courtois will retain his spot as ever, The keeper has been ever-present for the Blues this season.

David Luiz has played through a minor knee problem since December. In spite of this, he is predicted to start in the heart of a three-man defence which includes Cesar Azplicueta and Gary Cahill.

Victor Moses and Marcos Alonso have served the right wing-back and left wing-back positions with perfection in recent weeks. The former will be buoyed with his extension earlier in the month.

Cesc Fabregas notched a goal and assist in his 300th EPL appearance - the first Spaniard to do so. He could be tipped to retain his spot alongside N'Golo Kante in the centre of the park.

In his press conference, pre-match, Conte confirmed that Eden Hazard received a 'kick in training', which could rule him out against the Hammers.

His absence could see Willian deployed on the right wing with the ever-efficient Pedro on the left while Diego Costa will take up his usual centre-forward position.
