Italian manager Maurizio Sarri has reportedly told Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich that he will take charge of the club only if the likes of Eden Hazard and Willian are not sold in the transfer window.

  • Arsenal to swap Gabriel Jesus for Inter Milan star?
  • Arsenal leading race to sign Belgian midfielder

  • Hazard and Willian have unquestionably been the best performers for the Blues over the past couple of seasons but their futures have been placed under uncertainty of late.

Hazard has been linked with a potential move to Real Madrid after their decision to part ways with Cristiano Ronaldo while Willian has been associated with a reunion with ex-boss Jose Mourinho at Manchester United.

As a result, there has been plenty of speculation regarding their positions but according to Mundo Deportivo, Sarri wants the Blues to shelve any plans of cashing in on the pair.

It is added that the Italian deems the attacking duo 'untouchable' and he won't succeed Antonio Conte at the helm, if either is sold during the transfer window.

Hazard is presently with Belgium at the World Cup for their third-place play-off game versus England. Willian, on the other hand, is on vacation after Brazil were ousted in the last eight stage of the tournament.
