No Henry, Vieira for England game

No Henry, Vieira for England game

24 March 2008 - 15:50

Former Arsenal pair Patrick Vieira and Thierry Henry will not be taking part in the match between France and England at St. Denis this week. Henry picked up the injury for Barca against Valladolid and Vieira has a leg injury.

  • Man Utd without four players for Bournemouth clash
  • Liam Rosenior on Enzo Fernandez's Chelsea future
  • "I am frustrated," admitted Vieira.

"I hope to be able to play next weekend for Inter, as it (the injury) is getting much better, but not to be playing on Wednesday is extremely disappointing."

The two losses will already be another blow for boss Raymond Domenech who has already lost Lyon striker Karim Benzema to injury.
