Everton manager Carlo Ancelotti is reportedly keen on landing the signature of Kurt Zouma from Chelsea during this summer's transfer window.
The Frenchman spent the previous campaign on loan with the Toffees and it was predicted that he could sign for them on a permanent deal last summer.
However, the move was blocked by manager Frank Lampard and Zouma has since made 19 starts for the west London giants in the Premier League.
Still, there has been the speculation regarding his future and Le 10 Sport claims that the Toffees could compete with Paris Saint-Germain for his services.
The Merseyside outfit currently have Mason Holgate, Michael Keane and Yerry Mina as the central defensive options and Ancelotti is keen on adding a new player with experience.
Zouma's successful loan stint last term has meant that he has become the number one target for the Italian and it remains to be seen whether the club can reacquire his services.
Zouma was a regular during the first half of the season, but he has made only two starts in the Premier League this year. He has not played a single minute in the league since the season restart.
