Liverpool will be aiming to end their two-match winless streak when they face Southampton on the road tonight.
The Reds are presently top of the table on goal difference to Manchester United and have the chance to move three points clear with a return to winning ways.
Formation: 4-3-3
Predicted Lineup:
Alisson Becker has been the undisputed choice in goal for the Reds when fit. He is expected to start against the Saints. In the backline, no changes are likely from the previous game.
Alexander-Arnold and Andy Robertson should continue in their customary right and left-back positions. At the heart of the defence, Nathaniel Philips should continue to partner Fabinho with Joel Matip still injured.
Jordan Henderson is expected to start in the holding midfield role and ahead of him, there could be starts for Georginio Wijnaldum and Thiago Alcantara, both of whom came off the bench in the 0-0 draw at Newcastle United.
Further forward, it should be the regular attacking combination. Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane are expected to feature on the right and left wing respectively with Roberto Firmino leading the line.
Predicted Liverpool lineup (4-3-3): Alisson Becker; Trent Alexander-Arnold, Nathaniel Phillips, Fabinho, Andy Robertson; Thiago Alcantara, Jordan Henderson, Georginio Wijnaldum; Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino, Sadio Mane
