West Ham ready to sign Arshavin

West Ham manager Sam Allardyce wants to give Andrei Arshavin another crack at the Premier League. According to a report, West Ham will offer the Arsenal man a one year contract at Upton Park.
Arshavin has struggled for playing time at Arsenal over the past two seasons leaving Wenger no option but to let the player leave on a free at the end of the year. The Russian had grown increasingly frustrated at his lack of first team action recently.
The Russian will entertain offers from clubs in England but is also believed to be eager to return to his homeland, where Spartak Moscow are showing some interest.
