Chelsea could part company with Demba Ba
Chelsea's new manager Jose Mourinho isn't convinced that Senegalese international striker Demba Ba is the right man to take lead of the Blues' front line next year. Mourinho has already told Romelu Lukaku that he will be an important member of the first team next season.
Ba has enjoyed a mixed time at Stamford Bridge since joining from Newcastle in January, finding first team opportunities limited as well as mounting pressure from Blues' fans to perform as the sole striker.
Mourinho has told Fernando Torres that he expects the player to improve next season if he wants to have a future at the club, but Demba Ba is reportedly not in the Portuguese national's plan for the new season.
Newcastle are sure to be amongst the clubs interested to hear more about Mourinho's plan for the forward.
