Arsenal step closer to Julio Cesar deal
Arsenal step closer to Julio Cesar deal

Arsenal will sign Julio Cesar from QPR after the Confederations Cup has finished. Arsene Wenger will sell Vito Mannone to Sunderland and then bring in the Brazilian keeper from relegated QPR.
The player, who is free to leave Queens Park Rangers on a free transfer after their relegation from the top flight, is looking for a club in London and Arsenal fits the bill. Cesar will be brought in to add some extra competition for Wojicech Szczesny and Lukasz Fabianski.
Wenger appears to have missed out on his two major targets - one being Pepe Reina who is expected to join Barcelona, the other being Stoke City's Begovic - so will instead seal a move for Julio Cesar.
