Andre Ayew linked with Liverpool switch
Marseille's president has confirmed that Ghana international forward Andre Ayew wants to think about leaving the club; and it is understood that Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers has already made contact with his scouting network who are preparing a dossier on the player.
"Ayew has informed me of his intentions. If an offer from a big club comes in and we like it, I will investigate it. But we’re not at that stage at all yet," said Marseille president Vincent Labrune.
Liverpool have been busy scouring Europe for a potential replacement for Luis Suarez, who is eventually expected to make a move to Arsenal before the end of the transfer window.
Ayew, 23, has been with Marseille since 2005 and has gone on to play 43 games for his country Ghana since.
