Bundesliga starlet set to sign for Arsenal?

Arsenal are reportedly set to land the services of one of the best young talents from the Bundesliga during the winter transfer window.

The North London outfit have been linked with a move for Julian Draxler since the start of the transfer window, and were reportedly willing to pay a transfer fee of around £30m for the German international.

However, with the Bundesliga side holding out for a fee of £35m, The Mail on Sunday reports that the Gunners have agreed to make up the £5m deficit in the deal with additional clauses and bonuses.

The report also reveals that the two parties are in advanced talks over the transfer, and a confirmation over the move could be announced by today at the earliest.

Draxler will be the seventh German player at the Emirates, with the likes of Mesut Ozil, Per Mertesacker, Lukas Podolski, Gedion Zelalem, Thomas Eisfeld and Serge Gnabry already at the club.
