Liverpool poised to sign Dejan Lovren

Liverpool are reportedly set to complete their fourth signing of the summer in Dejan Lovren from Southampton, according to The Mirror.

The talented Croat has been constantly linked with a switch to the Merseyside giants, since his return from the World Cup finals in Brazil.

Reports earlier had revealed that the Reds were in crunch talks with the Saints over the prospective deal for the 24-year-old, but the South Coast club were only willing to sell their prized asset at the right price.

The Mirror now claims that the Reds have agreed a £20m fee for the talented centre-back and the transfer could be completed in a few days' time.

Liverpool are also closing in on the signing of Loic Remy from Queens Park Rangers.
