Sebastian Coates a target for Sunderland

Uruguayan defender Sebastian Coates looks set to end his Liverpool nightmare and make a transfer to Gus Poyet's club Sunderland.
Poyet is hoping to agree a deal for fellow countryman Coates before the transfer window closes on August 31st.
Since his arrival at Anfield, Coates has struggled to force his way into the first team, partially due to the impressive form of defensive pairing Martin Skrtel and Daniel Agger but also because of injury complaints.
Sunderland have reportedly agreed a fee with Brendan Rodgers' side and Coates will travel for talks at some point this week.
