Mohamed Diame joins Hull City
West Ham and Hull City yesterday agreed a 3.5 million pounds transfer of defensive midfielder Mohamed Diame. The former Wigan man signed a three year contract with the Tigers yesterday.
The player has been linked with numerous Premier League teams, but it is Hull City who won the race for his signature.
The 27-year-old joined Hatem Ben Arfa and Gaston Ramirez as Hull City's major signings on transfer deadline day.
"I'm delighted to welcome Mo to the club," said Hull boss Steve Bruce.
"His experience, both at international level and in the Premier League will be invaluable as we look to cement our place in the top flight."
