Yaya Sanogo off to Sunderland?

Arsenal striker Yaya Sanogo could be heading on loan to Sunderland in January. The French striker is currently unable to force his way into Arsenal's first team.

Struggling Sunderland are confident a deal for the Frenchman can be wrapped up and the player will join on loan at the beginning of the new year. Sanogo had started the season as a first team regular but the arrival of Danny Welbeck has reduced the forward's chances of action in recent months.
