Spurs eye January move for Xherdan Shaqiri

Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly joined Juventus in the race to sign out-of-favour Bayern Munich midfielder Xherdan Shaqiri in the winter transfer window.
The Swiss international has found it hard to earn sufficient gametime at the Allianz Arena since his move from Basel in 2012.
Recent reports have revealed that Serie A champions Juventus are considering making a renewed offer for the 23-year-old having failed to sign him over the summer.
However, Tutto Mercato reveals that Spurs will offer stiff competition to Juve for the player's signature.
Shaqiri has been previously associated with a move for Liverpool.
