Chelsea to recall Christian Atsu?

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho is said to be furious that Christian Atsu has yet to receive much of a chance in Everton's first team. The winger is currently on loan at Goodison Park.

With reported interest from Sunderland, Chelsea are considering a recall for Atsu in January and will immediately farm him back out on loan again to the Black Cats.

Everton have recently enjoyed the return from injury of Kevin Mirallas, thus first team opportunities are likely to be even more limited for Atsu.

Chelsea representatives will contact Everton this week regarding a potential recall of the player.
