Man City to battle Liverpool for Danny Ings

Manchester City will reportedly battle it out with Liverpool for the services of Danny Ings from Burnley, according to The Mail.

The former England Under-21 international has been the subject of transfer speculation in recent weeks, with his existing deal at Turf Moor set to expire at the end of the season.

The Mail reports the Citizens have made contact with the player's agent, as the young striker will boost their homegrown player quota.
