Man City plan Kevin De Bruyne offer

Manchester City are ready to break the British record to sign Wolfsburg playmaker Kevin De Bruyne this summer.

The Belgian international has evolved into a world class midfielder, following his move to Wolves from Chelsea in 2014.

City boss Manuel Pellegrini has shown keen interest in strengthening the club's attack front having already brought in the likes of Raheem Sterling, Fabian Delph, Enes Unal, and Patrick Roberts in the transfer window.

According to The Mirror, the Chilean will continue his spending spree by making a British record move for De Bruyne, who excelled in the Bundesliga last term.

De Bruyne provided 27 assists for his club in all competitions last season.
