Chelsea to sign Danny Rose?

Chelsea are exploring the possibility of signing up Tottenham Hotspur defender Danny Rose during this summer's transfer window.

The England international was one of the club's standout performers last season, as he was preferred ahead of Ben Davies for the left-back role.

However, The Mirror claims that the Blues have been impressed by the player's form, and a move could be in the reckoning with manager Jose Mourinho keen on strengthening his defence ahead of the new season.

Augsburg's Baba Rahman has also been linked with the void left in the Blues' backline following the departure of Filipe Luis to Atletico Madrid this summer.
