Aston Villa pull out of Adebayor move
Aston Villa have opted against a move for Tottenham Hotspur striker Emmanuel Adebayor, according to reports.
The Togolese striker has been tipped to leave White Hart Lane this summer, as he does not feature in manager Mauricio Pochettino's plans for the upcoming season.
Recent reports cited that the Villains could seal a loan move for the former Arsenal man, who struggled for a regular starting spot at Spurs last term.
However, The Mail claims that Villa have been forced to pull out of Adebayor's pursuit, as he is unwilling to shift to the Midlands, an issue that Sherwood is not keen on.
