Oxlade-Chamberlain offered to West Ham
West Ham United have been given the chance to sign Arsenal winger Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain this summer. The England international has been widely tipped to leave the Emirates following his lack of progress in recent seasons.
The 22-year-old joined the Gunners from Southampton in 2011, and many felt he could be the next big thing in English football.
However, he has had a drastic slump in form over the years, and currently finds himself clinging to a first-team role under Arsene Wenger.
According to The Mirror, Wenger is ready to offload his young asset as he seeks to revitalise his squad ahead of the next campaign.
Fellow countrymen Theo Walcott and Kieran Gibbs could also be shown the exit door in the summer.
Oxlade-Chamberlain is currently recovering from a thigh injury.
