Juventus ready bid for Man Utd attacker

Juventus are weighing up a potential bid for Manchester United forward Memphis Depay. The Old Lady have switched their focus to the Dutchman after they failed to get in a deal for Arsenal's Alexis Sanchez.

Depay had a poor season in the Premier League following his switch from PSV Eindhoven last summer.

Italian source Tuttosport says the Old Lady could step up interest in the Netherlands international with the 'Special One' looking to trim his first-team squad ahead of the new campaign.

The 22-year-old had been the subject of strong interest from Liverpool last year before his good relationship with former boss Louis van Gaal lured him to the red side of Manchester.

Depay managed to net just two goals in 29 league outings for United last term.
