Everton boss admits Depay interest
Everton boss Ronald Koeman has admitted that Memphis Depay is a player he would be interested to recruit in the January transfer window. The Dutch winger has fallen down the pecking order under Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho.
Depay, 22, has earned just 20 minutes of league football this term, and there are suggestions he will be allowed to pursue a temporary deal away from Old Trafford.
Speaking to Fox Sports, the former Southampton boss revealed his desire to land the Netherlands international, who he believes to have great potential on the player field.
AC Milan and AS Roma have also been credited with interest for the talented attacker, but it is believed that the player favours a stay in the Premier League, where he could develop his skills.
Depay has netted just twice in the top flight since arriving from PSV Eindhoven on a £25m sum in 2015.
