West Brom remain keen on Jay Rodriguez
West Bromwich Albion are expected to revive their pursuit for Southampton striker Jay Rodriguez in the New Year.
The England international was tipped to seal a temporary deal with the Baggies in the summer before he opted to remain at St.Mary's.
According to The Telegraph, Baggies boss Tony Pulis will make a fresh approach for the 27-year-old in January following his struggles to secure regular playing time at the South Coast.
The Baggies are currently short in the forward department with Salomon Rondon and Hal Robson-Kanu being the only reliable options whilst Saido Berahino is still undecided over his future at the Hawthorns.
Rodriguez has made a solitary league start for the Saints this season with the majority of appearances coming in the EFL Cup and the Europa League.
