Leicester favourites to sign Genk starlet
Premier League holders Leicester City are reportedly in advanced negotiations to sign Genk teenager Wilfred Ndidi.
The Nigerian international has impressed for club and country over the past year, and this has attracted interest from a host of European clubs.
According to The Telegraph, the Foxes are in pole position to land the central midfielder after they finalized a £15m sum with Genk.
It is added that the East Midlands outfit will now seek to settle terms with the teenager as they bid to reinforce their squad in the New Year.
Claudio Ranieri's side are expected to go on a spending spree in January following a run that has seen them come ever closer to the drop zone.
Ndidi, 19, has earned two caps for the Super Eagles with his debut coming against DR Congo in October 2015.
