Chelsea name their price for Begovic
Chelsea have reportedly slapped a £12m price tag on reported Bournemouth target Asmir Begovic. The Bosnian footballer is currently playing deputy to Thibaut Courtois at Stamford Bridge.
Begovic, 29, has been a cup specialist this season with manager Antonio Conte preferring to offer Courtois with the Premier League duties.
Recent reports suggested that the Cherries had failed with a £10m offer for the former Stoke City man, and according to The Mirror, the Blues are now holding out for a £12m sum for the player's transfer.
Cherries boss Eddie Howe in on the search for a replacement for veteran Arturo Boruc, and sees Begovic as the perfect player to take the club forward in years to come.
Begovic joined the Premier League leaders from Stoke City in the summer of 2015 and has since made 29 appearances in all competitions.
