Leeds United tipped to sign Fabian Delph

Championship side Leeds United are deemed favourites to sign former player Fabian Delph from Manchester City this month.

The England international has struggled to cement his place as a regular at the Etihad, and this has linked him with a proposed move to Elland Road.

According to the bookies, the 27-year-old has been tipped to seal a move to the West Yorkshire outfit - a club where his professional career began.

The likes of West Bromwich Albion and Newcastle United United have also been associated with the player, but the promise of regular football with Leeds could lure him back to his old club.

Delph has made just three Premier League appearances this season, but it is said that Pep Guardiola would do his utmost to keep hold of the player due to the succession of injury concerns.
