Gylfi Sigurdsson targeted by Everton boss
Swansea City midfielder Gylfi Sigurdsson has been identified as a top target for Everton boss Ronald Koeman this summer.
The Iceland international has been key to the Swans turnaround this season with three goals and four assists in his last six outings.
Sigurdsson has always been up on the radar of top clubs having previously played for Tottenham Hotspur, and according to The Sun, the Toffees will seek to lure him to Goodison at the end of the season.
Koeman had spent fees in excess of £60m to recruit the likes of Morgan Schneiderlin, Yannick Bolasie and ex-Swans skipper Ashley Williams this term.
And he is prepared to once again go on a spending spree this summer with Sigurdsson being a potential £25m transfer target for his side.
Sigurdsson largely struggled during his switch to Spurs from Hoffenheim in the summer of 2012, and he will think twice before considering a move to a top-four challenger next season.
