Former Manchester City ace undergoes Chelsea medical

Former Manchester City goalkeeper Willy Caballero has undergone a successful medical with Chelsea ahead of his proposed move to west London.
The Argentine shot-stopper has finalised a contract with the Premier League holders following his release from the Etihad last month.
Caballero, 35, will play deputy to Thibaut Courtois for the upcoming season with Asmir Begovic having departed for Bournemouth this summer.
According to The Mail, the former Malaga man has snubbed interest from the likes of Newcastle United and Boca Juniors in order to realise his move to Stamford Bridge.
Caballero is unlikely to receive any Premier League action next season unless Courtois suffers an injury, but he is nevertheless prepared to join the club with the promise of first-team football in the Cup competitions.
The experienced shot-stopper played a significant role for the Citizens last term as he managed 17 league starts while competing with Claudio Bravo for the number one job.
However, this was not sufficient to earn him a fresh deal with Pep Guardiola having opted to cough up a £34m sum to sign Benfica's Ederson this month.
Caballero's free transfer is likely to be confirmed in the coming days as Chelsea look to announce their first recruit of the summer transfer window.
